Maggie Valley Spyder Adventures is a Rain or Shine Event.  If needed because of weather the event will be adjusted accordingly.

This event is very casual.  This is a great place to just take it easy, go for rides and enjoy the atmosphere.  There are some of the best riding in Eastern United States in this area.

Bring a chair and just sit back and enjoy when you are not riding.

Only Pre-Registered attendees will receive free Door Prize Tickets.  Tickets good for either the Thursday or Friday Drawings.  You will have your choice of nights.

5:30 to 6:45 PM  Meet at Granny's in Cherokee for a Buffet Dinner.  This is not an escorted ride. 
                 Get to Granny's anytime between 5:30 to 6:45 PM and have dinner with all of your Spyder Friends.  There are no reservations for this.

4:00 PM   Ladies Meet and Greet inside the Stompin Grounds
4:30 to 6:30 PM  Dinner at Stompin Grounds.  BBQ Sandwich, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Med Drink and Desert.  $15.50 Pre-Paid with registration.
5:00 PM   Door Prize Drawings for pre-registered guests. 50/50 Drawing for the Road Warrior Foundation.

5:00 PM   There is an event Saturday during the day and evening at the Stompin Grounds.  All vendors will be packed up by 5 PM. 
7:00 PM   Show at Stompin Grounds. 
Great live band Country, Country Rock and Popular music from the 60's, 70's and 80's.  $15 Per Person.
                 Last opportunity to see and visit with all of your Spyder  friends.  Plenty of places to comfortably sit, visit and dance if you want and have fun.

To make the Spyder Adventures Rally a success and continue as a Free Event we will need volunteers

Volunteers are required for the Registration Table and to lead Self Guided Rides.

Volunteers are needed for 2 or 4 hour blocks to man the Registration Table, Direct Parking and walk around as greeters.  Please contact us if you can help and allow us to continue this successful rally.

Maggie Valley Spyder Adventures Event Shirts are available for order.  Pre-Order starting on 5/1/23 with your Registration or purchase extra shirts by themselves.  Order yours now for pick up at the event.  They are very cool looking.  Please order these early.

Motels:  There are many local motels in the area at rates to fit any budget (click here).  If you desire a more expensive room there are more listed on here, click on link. 
We strongly suggest reserving rooms as soon as possible.  Rooms are limited at all locations
.  You must call these motels for reservations.
By using one of these motels you will have other Spyder Ryders there with you.  Approximate prices are below for a few motels.

Clarketon Motel - 828-926-1110  $70 - $90,  This is an older Mom and Pop Motel, no frills but clean.  They are very biker friendly.  We have stayed there for many years.
Holiday Motel - 828-926-1186  $79 weekday, $139 Fri and Sat. (Standard Rooms)
River Point Lodge - 828-926-4343  $89 - $109 (Standard Rooms)
Stony Creek Motel - (828) 926-1996  $70 - $125 (Standard Rooms and vary depending on building)
