Our customers are very
important to us. We will accept any item back within 30 days that you buy
and decide that it isn’t what you want (excluding special order items, or
items that were installed and used).
Return Items must be:
· Returned within 30 days.
· You can return any NEW UNUSED / UNINSTALLED products in the manufacturer’s original packaging for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from date of shipment. Products that have been installed cannot be returned, including headsets and radios. There are no exceptions to this policy.
· Inspect all Chrome Products before installation. Merchandise that is sent back to us that has been installed, damaged, etc, will not be credited back to you. We will inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any slight scratches will constitute a non refund (these can not be re-sold). All non refund packages will be sent back to customer at the customers expense. Hold the item up to your bike to verify that you are sure you like the item before bolting it on.
· Merchandise must be in original packaging and in original factory condition (as you received it). Merchandise that has to be re-packaged or parts missing will not be eligible for a standard refund. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging.
· Apparel and Helmets: We try to give as much information as possible so you can pick the right size. Some apparel and helmets will fit certain people differently. When you receive this merchandise, do not remove any labels and try it on. If it does not fit correctly, contact us for a return authorization to obtain a different size, etc. We can not accept back these items if you decide to use them.
· Return freight cost is not refundable. Return Shipments will not be accepted freight collect.
· You must Contact Value-Accessories for a Return Authorization. Any merchandise that is sent back without a return authorization or after 30 days will not receive a credit. If a Return Authorization is issued and puts you over the 30 days, you will have 10 days from the date of return authorization to return the item to us. A copy of your invoice must be included with the return.
· You will have your choice between a Store Credit or a 10% Re-Stocking Fee (Minimum of $6.50). The Re-Stocking fee includes our original shipping cost if you selected the Free Shipping Option. When selecting Store Credit, return shipping is at customer expense, (Free Shipping is included with original transaction only).
Defective / Warranty Items.
· Contact Value-Accessories for a return authorization. We do not warranty any items sold by us, the manufacturers supply their own warranty. Some items are covered directly through the manufacturer, other items are taken care of through us. Defective returned parts will not be accepted without a return authorization.
· Defective items must be returned within 30 days.
· Inspect all items before installation. We are not responsible for damage during installation.
· A copy of the your original invoice along with a description of the problem must be included with your return.
· Value-Accessories is not responsible for freight charges on returns or return freight out of the Cont. US.
· Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for damages in return package shipping due to inadequate packaging.
· The defective part will be inspected after we get it back.
· Replacement parts will be sent back to you at our expense, only after we receive the defective part. This policy is for Continental US only, contact us for arrangements of all other if outside of continental US.
· We can not send replacement parts out without receiving defective parts back first. In instances where parts are needed immediately we can charge
your credit card and issue a credit when we receive your part back. This is necessary because of non returns.
· If you do not want a replacement for your defective part, you will have a choice between a store credit or 10% Re-Stocking fee (Minimum of $6.50).
Received Wrong Item.
· If we make an error on the item(s) we sent to you, we will incur all shipping costs relating to the error, including shipping the mistaken order back
to us and reshipping the correct merchandise to you. Please contact by calling or emailing us within 2 business days from receiving your order. We will
make sure your issue is corrected.
· Shipping charges for wrong item returns can not exceed the shipping amount on the original invoice.
· This policy for Continental US.
Damages in Transit.
All orders are packaged with great care. If
an order that was shipped by UPS and is received in a damaged condition, please
contact UPS immediately prior to contacting us. UPS can be reached at
1-800-742-5877. UPS must inspect damaged packages for claims purposes, so
do not destroy or discard any of the packaging. After notifying UPS
contact us with your information including tracking and invoice numbers.
