Instructions for the RiggPak CTB-950 King Tourer

The RiggPak mounting system is designed to fit most backrests. However, these guidelines should be followed:
1) Top of Backrest needs to be at least 6" above seat for a secure fit.
2) Backrest needs to be at least 6" wide for a secure fit.
3) Recommended to be used with a luggage rack or on a seat.

Roll bag installation:
1) Loosen thick Velcro straps to enable them to slide over your backrest.
2) Set the RiggPak on the backrest, using as many straps as permitted by the height of your backrest.
3) With the mounting straps going through the large rectangular rings, pull tight and lay the strap back onto itself, fastening with Velcro system. Start with the bottom-most strap and work upward, cinching each strap tight.

Additional notes:
Straps have been intentionally left longer than necessary to suit rider preferences for mounting, and to accommodate a wide variety of configurations. Loose ends can be tied off or you may choose to cut the straps once the desired mounting is achieved. Simply cut strap with scissors, and heat the end of the strap with a lighter to seal ends and avoid fraying. (As with any flame, do so away from the bike and any fuel or fuel vapors)

Use without a luggage rack may cause bag to come in contact with painted surfaces and may result in scratching, unless protected. Never allow the bag to hang unsupported.

When using the security loops located on the bottom with a cable lock (not provided), make certain the cable has no slack and the lock you choose does not hang down, preventing either lock or cable from touching and damaging painted surfaces.

Instructions for the RiggPak 300 Dayrunner

*  The RiggPak mounting system is designed to fit most backrests, however, two guidelines should be followed:
The top of Backrest needs to be at least 6" above seat for a secure fit.

4) Unbuckle the side straps. Holding end that is opposite of male buckle, feed loop through the bottom D-ring located on the backside of RiggPaks. (Opposite of mounting side) With the loop coming out of the D-ring, feed the male buckle through and pull tight attaching the strap to the D-ring.
5) Route the male buckle around the bar of the backrest or front of luggage rack, and re-insert male end into the female clip. Cinch tightly. This brings the bottom of the bag close and tight to the backrest and provides side-to-side stability

Additional notes:

Loose ends can be tied off or you may choose to cut the straps once the desired mounting is achieved.
